Art is my passion. It's what's taught me confidence and self reliance.
I'm very grateful to have been given this gift and use it to inspire others about their gifts.

Some of my most creative, favorite, or most well drawn pieces are on this page.

B.A. Graphic Design - Rutgers University, New Brunswick
"Every work of art is an uncommitted crime," claimed Theodor Adorno...

... Which says a lot about an unbecoming art teacher of mine that stole my artwork at University.
Some people really are just faking it. Don't get me wrong, school was a positive experience, however I find this a very humorous and flattering anecdote. In most of my art classes, I was introduced to many things such as computer design as well as my favorite class of all which is art history! Nothing is perfect. But my work is -- or close to it at least. I am so happy to share with you my work today.
I've been drawing since I was a toddler. I've also tried every type of art style just to be sure this is the one that suits me. I've sang classically, played 3 different instruments (all of which I eventually and sadly quit although I hope to try piano out again someday), danced, and although succeeded slightly in most art skills - I even tried sports; guess I'm also pretty athletic - drawing is what stuck. I guess you love what you know.
I am also a great lover of fashion and styling. My mother, a technical designer for Calvin Klein currently, tutored me at a young age. A young immigrant working/college attending woman with two children, handed me a piece of paper and pencil and happily suggested, "draw!" I wasn't sure what was going to happen that day but what ultimately did is my very early self training and utter love affair with mastering rendering and creating things with my hands. She inspired me in many ways just like many others in my family and life to be not only appreciate and practice my talents but also to be self-disciplined and determined to succeed.
I work well alone, as this is what I'm used to as an introvert and self starter. Yet being on a team makes me happy also, as I spend so much time on my own doing my thing that it is a novel joy to be with others. Nothing better than knowing I get to make art in a world starting from a small group of people in my first real art class in elementary with just 80 students, and to 800 people (high school), then 8 thousand (college) and now 8 billion! What a rush! That being said, to me, doing art is more than healthy competition, but a collaboration and sharing of hearts and minds. Thank you for your time.
